Sliding Shoe Sorters

ProSort 131 - High Speed Sortation
	The ProSort 131 is designed for high speed sorting of products which may be too small to be sorted on conventional shoe sorters. Small fragile items or groups of items can be sorted with ease using the ProSort 131. Products are transported on high strength, anodized aluminum slats. At a predetermined location, divert shoes move diagonally across the conveyor to push the product onto a take-away line.
ProSort 400 - High Speed Sortation
	The ProSort 421 is designed to sort products at a 22 degree angle where higher speeds are required and close divert centers are not so critical. The ProSort 431 is designed to sort products at a 30 degree angle where close divert centers are required. Products are transported on anodized aluminum slats where at a predetermined location, divert shoes move diagonally across the conveyor to push the product onto a take-away line. The ProSort 400 family of sorters are designed for high speed applications where product diverting needs to be both positive and gentle.

Hytrol conveyors come with a standard green powder paint coating. Any conveyors ordered from the stockyard are available for 1 week shipment with any of the other five optional standard colors!
