Hytrol Introduces The E24™ Timing Belt Transfer

E24™ is a motor driven roller (MDR) line of conveyors that use a series of 24-volt motors designed specifically for E24™ to provide the best 24-volt conveyor drive technology in existence.

The E24™ Timing Belt Transfer offers exceptional flexibility and increases productivity by providing outstanding throughput. This conveyor accessory is a real system asset due to its E24™ powered timing belt strands and a pneumatic lift. The neoprene timing belts are coated with urethane to ensure positive grip when transferring the product. The drive sheaves come standard with ABEC-1 bearings, contributing to longer transfer life.

The modular design of the E24™ Transfer allows for simple system configurations. Integrating an E24™ Transfer into your system is easy, as the standard configuration bolts into 3-inch roller centers in just minutes. This E24™ addition is powerful enough for the most demanding applications, and sorts up to 40 cartons per minute.

The E24™ Timing Belt Transfer was created with the customer in mind, and can be engineered to fit most any application.
