Systems project engineer Lisa Richardson spoke as part of the "Girls in STEM" event, hosted by the Museum of Discovery. "Girls in STEM" is a free week-long full day workshop sessions composed of hands-on activities led by female STEM professionals for Arkansas girls ages 11-15 interested in STEM. The event is hosted each summer, and the program is in its third year. Richardson said she was thrilled to be involved in a program that encourages young women to get involved in STEM-related fields.

Moyer will lead the team responsible for new product development at the Hytrol Technology Center. In alignment with the company's key objectives, he will oversee investing in technological upgrades to the facility. Moyer will also be responsible for developing strategic processes to target and release new products efficiently.
