Hytrol's world class manufacturing facility operates in a lean environment. By practicing lean manufacturing, six sigma and maintenance excellence we are able to service our customers efficiently with quality products at reasonable prices. The combination of these three practices makes our Hytrol Power Lean unique to other lean environments. Power Lean is a long-term business philosophy, strategy, and relentless attack on waste, whether it is on our production floor or within any of our business processes.

Research & Development

New concepts, conveyors, and applications are developed through many avenues at Hytrol. The Product Test Center at Hytrol's main facility is a testing ground for various products and applications. We are able to take customers' products and put them into real life scenarios to evaluate each specific application.

The Hytrol Technology Center is the heart of our R&D efforts. In 1992, the 27,000 square foot facility was created with one thing in mind... our customers! Our engineers utilize the latest methods and technologies to deliver new conveyor products to market. Hytrol's series of EZLogic conveyors is just one of the many examples of the patented products that have been introduced to customers via Hytrol's Technology Center. New conveyor models and variations are tested during their development stages at the Tech Center, and there are several specialized conveyor system loops on display that illustrate the depth of Hytrol's capabilities.
