Controls Engineer
Description of Position
Hytrol Conveyor is seeking a Controls Engineer to join our team. This team member will develop and configure control packages using Programmable Logic Controllers and other devices for conveyors and conveyor systems.
Requirements
- A technical degree in controls/engineering plus 3 years related experience and/or training.
- Ability to design electrical panels containing electrical hardware that supports the control package.
- Knowledge of quoting and supplying controls packages to meet specific customers job requirements.

Design Engineer
General Description of Position
Design and produce necessary drawings to manufacture standard conveying equipment or modified equipment in accordance with customer's specific needs. Support manufacturing with problems that relate to design, bills of material, or item masters.
Essential Job Functions
- Plan, organize, and implement design projects from initial concept to testing or prototypes.
- Perform design layouts and drafting on CAD systems as needed.
- Select and specify purchased parts and materials as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Technical degree required, engineering. Plus 2 years related experience and/or training, plus 1-6 months related management experience.

Focus Factory Facilitator (Production Supervisor)
General Description of Position
Facilitate the daily operation of the production area. Promote safety, quality, housekeeping, delivery (flow) productivity and efficiency and Power Lean efforts. Emphasize continuous improvement in building of production.
Essential Job Functions
- Coordinating the work of employees.
- Communicate with other Focus Factory Facilitators on production requirements and flow.
- Monitor inventory, expenditures and manpower in accordance with area demands.
- See input from employees on manufacturing processes and functional improvement through root cause analysis and collective actions while building strong employee relations.
- Communicate production requirements to production team.
- Provide direction and make job assignments as necessary to meet demands of workload.
- Enforce company policies and safety rules, ensuring equipment is properly guarded and in good working condition.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Equivalent of four years high school, plus night, trade extension equal to two years of college, plus 2 years related experience and/or training and 2 years related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Payroll Coordinator
General Description of Position
Hytrol Conveyor is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join our team. This team member will prepare and process payrolls and all ancillary documents and reports. Duties will include garnishments, vacation, dental reimbursements and short term disability processing.
Education and Experience
- High school plus specialized schooling and/or on-the-job education such as clerical/administrative and accounting; equal to two years of college plus 7 – 11 months related experience and/or training
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data base experience
- AS 400 experience preferred
- Ability to work accurately and the ability to prepare reports

Registered Nurse
General Description of Position
Hytrol Conveyor is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. This team member will assist the Nurse Practitioner and Physician with examinations, treatments and diagnostic tests. Duties will include emergency and first aid treatment of occupational and non-occupational injuries.
Education and Experience
- Four year college RN degree plus specialized schooling and 0 – 6 months related experience and/or training
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data base experience
- Ability to draw specimens for testing, assist with treatment
- Ability to work accurately and the ability to prepare reports
