As we all know, 2008 has been a very challenging year from an economic standpoint for anyone operating a business. Prices for raw steel, steel-based products and petroleum-based products have continued to climb, driving up operating costs at an unprecedented pace. At Hytrol, we have been very aggressive in supplier negotiations and cost containment measures in order to hold our pricing.
As costs have continued to rise, however, we are no longer able to absorb the full burden of the increases. Effective with all new orders entered on or after August 1, 2008, there will be a surcharge on the net price of the order. This surcharge will apply across the board to all new orders.
This surcharge will be applied on the sub-total at the end of your order.
