Hytrol SPECIAL

Powered Turntable

Ref. No. 645924

This Hytrol powered turntable is generally the standard model (25-CRR mounted on turntable) except for some minor modifications and the use of galvanized rollers. There are 21 of these in this particular system. The product conveyed is a 40 x 48 pallet weighing about 2500 lbs. Product enters the turntable and is rotated to a take-away transfer cart where the pallets are moved to a pick station. Cycle time is twice a minute.
A look under the unit at the large gear used to rotate the turntable. Hytrol's turntables are designed to handle heavy loads such as loaded pallets, drums, etc.

Conveyor Sales School number 139 was attended by 22 distributors and salespersons. These schools give those relatively new to conveyors an insight into the "workings" of Hytrol's product line and the material handling industry. Students are also afforded the opportunity to meet members of the Hytrol Family in Jonesboro.
